She means, someone who can try and understand why she's thinking and feeling the way she is. Someone who can just listen to her without judging or interrupting.
I honestly love psychology but I really don't wanna try. I'm too tired XD

Thanks for that input! I might when I'm older. I love psychology because it helps me to deal with empathy and character development in writing.

If you are looking for someone to act like a psychologist a friend is not really a good choice. Someone who dosnt know you well and is impartial is best.

I am writing as well! I've started writing I few books but I jump around from task to task a lot so progress is pretty slow. I hope to one day publish an actual book.
