I need to report someone for glitch exploiting, but when I upload a 2.1MB picture, it says it is too much. Then, when I try to add an imgur link it says I need 10 posts. So I don't know how I'm supposed to even report this guy.

Bacause to upload a screenshot here the highest is 8MB.

Yes, I have 3. All are 2.1MB but it will not allow me to upload them.

But, for some reason it says it is too much. When I go into my gallery it says "Picture Size" and beside it it says "2.1MB"

I think were it says that you need 10 posts, it means that you need to have 10 messages on forums to do this. I'm not entirely sure, but, correct me if I'm wrong.
