I just asked because I didn't know where
dA isn't reliable(obvious reasons, crap artists that get more attention, etc.)
Some peoples suggestions require an app
Some other websites aren't reliable too

You will go on any sections EXCEPT : Announcements and Minor Announcements. You will click the button Post Thread heres a provided example where the button was!
I choose the Player Report section for an example. Player Report section is used to report players on BrokenLens who broke the rules of the server. The button will be found at the top right corner of Watch forum. I hope i helped you alot.

When you click the Post New Thread you will find the Title and a Space where you will write your message the related on the section you wanted to post to. And if you wanted to someone answer it, your post will be based if it is going to get answers. If you ever wanted to ask, you are allowed to used the FAQ section.
