I need some help

Hi i'd like to ask for some assistance in getting my account unbanned, i tried to join a few minutes ago and it told me my account has been banned for 4 days (I'll attach that screenshot below). I have absolutely no idea why i've been banned or who's banned me so im a bit confused. I have never been banned on the brokenlens network before so i hope somehow this could get worked out if possible. Thank you for your time
