I need my emerald rank back

I don't have my emerald rank after being muted (To my knowledge for no reason) and i can't remember how to get it, i know that you get it if your forums name is the same as my server name i get it, but i've never seen or been in a situation like this.

Can nobody tag any other staff?
Laura and Ssun are the mods online and Warrior is the only one who can change my name, so no other tags are needed.

Okay. Edw's profile has only allowed staff to post on it for so long i forgot it wasn't only Warrior who could do it.
