So I just updated Minecraft to the latest version (1.4.2) and when I joined, it showed the Mojang and Minecraft logo and then crashed. Is there anything to fix this and prevent it from coming again?
 
What version of ios/android do you have? It might be that its outdated and minecraft doesn't support it anymore.
If its not then try rebooting your device or reinstall minecraft.
