I need help with my skin

I put my skin in Minecraft but it has overlay but on the server it doesn't show my clothes are undressed this is very bad for the character, how can I fix this problem.

There are two screenshots one showing my original Minecraft skin and one showing how it is inside the Brokenlens server, how do I fix this issue?

It's because the clothing pixels are on the top layer, sometimes skins glitch and hide the top layer, and just show the bottom layer.
I'd recommend copying the clothing on the top layer and pasting it onto the bottom one too, so if it does glitch you wont be reported for an inappropriate skin/etc.

I'm aware of this issue happening, I know skins glitch for others and may make chunks of pixels discolored or dilated, or disappear altogether. Until there is a way to fix the issue I'd just put the clothing on the bottom layer. ^

Thanks for helping me, but there's this problem I tried to put on the bottom layer but my skin doesn't change anymore on the server I don't know why, but it's not possible to change my skin anymore I even removed it and look like Steve but when I entered server my skin remained the same as the print, can you help me with that?

If you can fix it let me know because I don't want to be unfairly punished on the server I like Brokenlens a lot but now that I've bought my original Minecraft I want to play in Java but because of that I'm not playing in Brlns

I haven't personally experienced this issue before although there are ways I see where that could happen with how servers load player skins and with how certain options can be set. That's definitely a strange issue.
I would recommend doing the same thing that Voniblynn suggested if applicable or using a different skin until this issue is something that is addressed.

Well sorry but that's exactly what I did I reset my skin to Steve's default and it didn't change it on the server that's what I found strange, because it's no use changing my account because it doesn't load another skin on the server
