I lost my rank? Admins help pls

Hey admin please look at this! my ign is xXEmJewelXx and I bought a diamond rank sometime during quarantine in 2020. Is it possible to lose ranks? I thought it was a glitch about 2 months ago but it still says I don’t have a rank. I looked at my rank on this website and it says “player” even though I bought diamond rank. Is there anyway I can get it back?
 
When did you buy the rank? Because diamond only last 90 days and after that it expires, so if your rank disappeared on the server that may be why. :thinking-face:

if your forums username doesn’t match your server ign (in-game-name) it won’t automatically pop up since the two can’t link together, but we could easily solve that :)

90 days = 2 months? or 4 months?

Only Emerald rank ever expire, gold its 30 days.
