I lag REALLY bad

Okay so when i play i frequently get people telling me that im lagging really bad, Ive even had someone accuse me of hacking because the lag is just that bad. The weird thing is i dont even know when im lagging bad or how bad it looks because everyone else looks normal to me. I do not know how to fix it so can someone tell me?
 
Check ur connection in the server by doing /ping
I had that problem too everyone is walking normally and im lagging.
I prefer u to go to room (lol) where the internet is powerful

The internet is in my mums room so i cant really just play in there lmao but otherwise ill check that /ping thanks :)

I know it is lol but from my POV no one else is laggy but people tell me that I lag severely
