Dar is a verb
da is a verb conjugation, is wrong in this context

Ne is né without graphic accentuation, né means "right"

Example:

Não vai da pra eu sair com você hoje ne?
Não vai dar pra eu sair com você hoje, né?
You won't be able to go out with me today, right?
