I keep getting kicked for no reason

This is about the tenth time this has happened to me. I keep getting kicked by the watcher with the error code #180. Idk, what the watcher error codes are and what they mean, but it's starting to get very annoying. All I know is that I was playing team skywars, someone placed tnt above me and my teammate, it exploded, my teammate died but I was still alive, I was stuck inside of blocks (I just don't know how), I broke out, there was an enemy right in front of me, I couldn't hit them, they knocked me off, I fell into the void, but I didn't die, and then I got kicked. Please help me with this annoying watcher kick, I want to keep playing until I'm not able to.

We can't really do anything since it's the only way to track down hackers without players reporting them or staff members finding them.
