So you can't ban/mute players who aren't logged in because they are using another players like account/info right? So if you were to ban/mute the original player( the person who actually owns the account) will it prevent the "hacker" from being able to use that acc? I'm not saying ban/mute people, cause that would be wrong, but I'm asking will doing so prevent others from using that acc? Like will it force them to use someone elses or can they still use the ban/muted players info?
 
I feel kinda bad asking this...(o_o'). I hope no one misunderstands my question. Sorry if this post sounds wrong in any way.

Because Guilherme is being used by another not logged-in user and he's walking around with inappropriate skins. I was asking if we banned the original user (the one who owns Guilherme) can it prevent the other user from being able to use his name/account. You know, to actually help us ban the not logged user instead?

Wdym by BLOCK if you mean like ban them then i don’t think so since they don’t have an account unless if they do have one

Yes, I'm saying what if they do have an account! But if they aren't using their own account it allows them to go against the rules and to try to ban the original user (maybe). If we did ban the original user, can it help us find out the "hackers" account? Is it possible? Also please don't get me wrong I'm not saying "Let's ban people!" I'm just asking is this possible.

Ya but it’s kinda useless to do that since the user that’s being hacked could just ask for a password reset and reset their password so the hacker can’t get into their account

Yea you do have a point. I agree. But I also thought, what if the hacker is using an account that the owner doesn't use anymore (basically an inactive account).

Yes you can ban the hackers account even if he’s not online. BUT if he doesn’t have a account then you can’t but your friend can always ask to get a password reset to fix the situation.

I tried to ban Guilherme (the hacker) and the Moderators said they were not able to ban him because he wasn't logged-in. But, Thank you so much for answering my question and I hope you have a great day!
