I have been banned?

I have been banned but, why? I love skywars so i play it every day i've seen tons of cheaters and people doing things they're not supposed to do. Ofcourse, i have reported many cheaters, and i did not abuse the report system. Was this a mistake? If it was then i'd like to get unbanned?

She took screenshots of me pushing her of an island while i was jumping, how is this enough evidence to ban someone permanently? she also recorded me, what did i do wrong there? i jumped on the island, what's wrong with that?
In the screenshot she took, you can see i was looking up, indeed, i was looking up. That's was because i pushed her into the air and then tried to push her of the island.
