I have already regsistered

On the server today when I joined with my usual name Laura_Aria it asked me to register and I already have.I tried logging in and it said that I have already logged in or I haven't registered and I have.I don't want to start all over again because I had a lot of stuff like lots of coins and I was on level 54.I don't know why and now I'm not sure why this happened.Please help me I really don't know what to start all over again.Also I wasn't really sure if this was a bug or question but I decided to make it a question but please help me.
