ok so like since my original acc GoddessOfAngels got a perm ban, can i still create a new acc to play? I just need to know because i really do want to create a new acc, so i need a headsup.

No, that would be bypassing your ban, and you'd just get banned again. You can appeal your ban (as in, ask to be unbanned, with valid reason) though, in the Ban Appeals section. But there's no guarantee whether the staff will unban you or not.ok so like since my original acc GoddessOfAngels got a perm ban, can i still create a new acc to play? So basically that means that i have to leave the server and never play on it ever again?

Well yes. You were banned. That's the point. Appeal your ban by apologizing and if they say no then stay banned.

But its cause my ban has a reason behind it but i just dont like the fact that other people can see it. I just want like a private convo.

Ok so do you think they will forgive a chargeback? No. I didnt even know that that happened. Until i finally got some answers and the reason.

Then you can discuss getting unbanned with a member of staff in a private convo. If you want, I think staff can remove access to the report from normal players as well.
Actually, they might, since it was an accident. I remember Viper was banned for chargeback, but since it was an accident, his ban was changed to a 90 day ban or something.

That would be very helpful, but how do I communicate with one of the staff? I just want to clear all this.

On the forums, click the Inbox button in the top right corner and a drop down menu should appear. Click the "Start a New Conversation" button. Enter the name of a staff member you want to talk (preferably the one who banned you, but it doesn't really matter) to in the "participants" section, and then type your message in the area given. You'll need a title for the convo as well but "Ban Appeal" or something similar should work.
