Well After I Played A Match Of Hide N Seek I Got Banned For "Suspect Hacking" But All I have Is A Shaders texture pack from an app called Mcpe Master, Is Using Texture Packs Against The Rules?

Not against the rules according to @Flowingmedia but the system might suspect that your using a hack client
