Not rlly sure what would be the worst illness for me, since I usually just get better after 1 day. But probably when I just couldn’t eat. It was about a year ago I think, and one morning, I just couldn’t finish my breakfast. And later, I couldn’t eat my lunch either. Later, I felt rlly hot too, but my parents just said to try and eat dinner, so I ate a little bit, and 40 minutes later I vomited, sooo I didn’t finish my dinner at all. So that was the day I ate the least, barely any breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I took medicine and the next day I felt better.
Or the worst could be when I vomited during school and had a large headache and was sent home for that and I vomited over 5 times that day (new record for me) and wasn’t allowed to go to school the next day, causing my grades to die. (I felt better the next day and the school said I needed to be away from school for 24 hours if I vomit on campus REEEEEE)
