I got permanently banned and I don’t really know why

Hello I play Brokenlens on two different iPads, one to the newest version and one that can’t even have the IOS 10 update
Recently I was playing on the older iPad and then I decided to play on the iPad Air but when I tried signing in to Xbox live I was banned and I didn’t know why.
Since I play brokenlens a lot and I really enjoy playing it, I decided to make a new xbox live account so I could be able to play again.
When I got on the new account, I told my friend I got banned and I had made a new xbox live account. They said that was bypassing and that was against the rules, they said I should’ve just gone on the forums (like now) and ask if I could be unbanned. I didn’t know what I was doing was wrong and I am sorry and I would like it if you could unban me. Attached I have some screenshots of the conversation we were having because I really didn’t know what I was doing was wrong. I admit I have used the creative glitch but I haven’t done it recently and I’m not sure if that’s why I got banned.
Date banned: 7/22/18 EST around 8:00pm

I really didn’t know bypassing was a thing or that it was against the rules, I am really sorry and if you un-ban me I won’t use the glitch or bypass or do anything wrong anymore I am sorry

Yeah, But he still bypassed with the full idea avoiding ban length. He or she should've known that it was against the rules because it's pretty obvious.

Anyway, It's really the staffs choice not mine.

He probably thought that that account was only banned so he couldn't play on that account (when my cousin was banned that's what he thought too) but let's see what staff say, I hope you get unbanned pi! :)

Looking at the logs, I'm pretty sure you are banned by accident(a hacker got banned and sometimes it happens, it considered you as the same network) @Laura_Aria banned someone else. Your ban will be reduced to 7 days for using Creative hacks but wont be 30 days/permanent because you haven't hack and you admitted bypassing, but you did it in without knowing it was a rule, nor used it for a long while, though don't bypass, while your ban is 7 days or your ban might get extended.

@ssunsett @DarkRainbows could you please reduce her ban to 7 days? ^^

You should be banned for 7 days and unbanned afterward, enjoy your day ^^

but he didn’t get banned for glitch exploiting and it wasn’t him..

if you check it only shows up in 'Network' and never in same xbox live or same device which is why I believe its only something who happens often
