I got gold rank but...

Hello. So i just bought gold rank on my acc and i was like"kewl i get to have the gold rank thing on the forums" but then i relized that i put the wrong ign i put ItsJustJam1 then my main acc which is Jam_Vs_Minecraft...so how do i change that??? @HazardTheDutchAD @Ray_Palmer_Atom @ssunsett @Springtrap_123

Ok go ask staff how long itsjustjam1 was last online and when the gold rank was bought Also itsjustjam is his alt account and how many people do u know has jam in their name

According to your profile,your IGN is Jam_Vs_Minecraft and when the gold rank is setted to your Jam_Vs_Minecraft account,the gold tag will appear at your account in forums

Hello, could you please create a forum account name called Jam_Vs_Minecraft? If you created an new account name with the same your username in a game, it will give you the Gold member tag with the same name forum your username in a game.

Your information in Minecraft Username: ItsJustJam1 to Jam_Vs_Minecraft then it cannot set the Gold Member tag on your profile.
