I got false banned

my friends tolled me to play on a server with them (the server being BrokenLens) so I said yes. I went to check out the server before they were on and look at skywars my ping is over 500 and I'm on mobile withe a blutooth controler which dosent really work. After I got onto my first match of skywars and a hacker was killing everyone (people might of thought it was me as he just disappeared when he got to me and I ended up winning thegame). I'm sorry you had to ban me and if I don't get unbbaned it fine.

Hi there!
I banned you for fly hacks and scaffolding (auto-bridge) in a skywars game. I banned the other hacker in your game (this is why they just disappeared) and I noticed that you use hacks as well. The hacker flew to your island and attacked you, then you flew up and they went to a different island. I continued spectating your game after I banned the other hacker. That was when you used scaffolding hacks. Later someone else killed you and I banned you for these hacks I just mentioned.
So please, be honest.

Bans for hacks/mods are always permanent, I do not have the ability to permanently ban though, that is why higher staff change my bans to permanent afterwards.

I think she’s telling you that YOU are the one who was hacking and that if you confess that you were you might have a chance to get unbanned or lower your ban time.
