I got banned without hacking

Hi it was night on 8:32p.m I was playing Minecraft because my phone is very full when I press my favorite server called "Brokenlens" It said "This account is banned to our service The ban will expire on 18days 23 hours and 9 minutes Believe this to be a mistake? Contact us on forum at forum.brnls.net > Ban Appeals"

Please unban me I swear I didn't hack and all of my friends see me that I'm not hacking

The only way to unban your IP is by staffs but you need to tell the staffs that who is using your WiFi to play the server too because the staffs can't unban your IP if they don't know who is using your WiFi to play the server too.
