I got banned permanently for no reason

Time:15:20 pm Asian time (idk idw to write times but you get the point)(not accurate tho)

It says I got banned permanently for using mod.I didn't remember using any mod or something m(honestly I don't know how to use mod etc.)my acc got hacked?or the last time I reported someone or I kept spamming the chat.

I just got banned this day when I signed up I don't know who use my acc.

Please unbanned me(even though I don't know how I got banned)I will greatly appreciate it and won't do those mistakes again.thank you

Sorry I have many corrections and error
On the first paragraph after "my acc got hacked" there is supposed to be "maybe"

On the time where I wrote it "idw" is not there just popped randomly.
