i got banned just after the server just restarted then i got banned FOR NO REASON

P.s (can you check some maps? There are some maps in one in the chamber where you can get out of the map by parkour-ing i was just parkour-ing around the edges of the map then instantly i jumped up a block where i can go out the map plz find them and plz unban me i didnt do anything wrong.)
