I got banned for no reason!!!

[Boredom]

My cousins got banned for no reason
•Her username is Trurtleface500 and Diamondchena_
•For 23 days for both of them
• They did nothing! And I looked up their usernames on forums and no reports have been filed!
•I did the ban appeal for them because they don’t have an account on forums.
