i got banned for no reason

Hey i got banned for no reason i was playing murder mystery with my friend my game crashed so i reloaded minecraft and tried to join the server again but it said banned for 7 days this was yesterday i opened the server again today and now it says this account has been permanently banned if possible can i get un banned please?

Why are helpers able to ban players.. but not check their device without /reporting them? :lmao:

I’ll shorten your ban period to 7 days, because it’s still not fair to use this glitch.
