I got banned for no reason

So I know you get the I got banned for no reason ALOT but really I have, I was playing TNT tag waiting for the count down till the game begins and then when I got to 1 it said I got banned pertamnetly I was before that experiencing ALOT of lag and crashing so I think it might be mistakes me for hacking. I would really appreciate it if you unbanned me I play loyally every single day and I love your server very much please unban If you have the chance PLEASE!
