I got banned for no reason pls let me back on

i was doing the parkour when waiting then I got banned and it said hack detected you are banned for 3 days pls help me.
It happens around 12:00

My mcpe name is foxLoVer36
I was banned on oneinthechamber
I got one warning point befor that
It keep happening at the parkour did it think I was flying?
I did not get banned by admin
This is my second time being banned and I'm not happy. Is there any way to get me back on?
