I got banned for 29 days and i dont know why

I found out I was banned around 11:00 +0 GMT Willenhall, United Kingdom
Server: I don't know, I log on and it says This account is banned from our services. The ban will expire in 29 days 7 hours and 0 minutes
IGN: csgisshit
I came on this morning wanting to play hg and it said I was temporarily banned. I honestly don't know why I have been banned. If I have done something wrong, I promise that I was unaware of what I did, I just follow the rules, but I honestly don't know what I have done. If you could contact me back, telling me the reason as well as unbanning, that would be nice. When I found this server, I was immersed in it and I have found many games I can play that are only playable on PC.

I may sound like an idiot but I don't know how to screenshot.

His name is called (i am not 100%sure) Cs-giss-hit He ment to put as username Cs(counters strike) Giss ( He ment geez but was taked maby) Hit (Hit is a word)
