I got Banned fo no reason

On April 11/12, Philippines time, me and my brother got banned (6 Days) from BrokenLens.
Then, I think it is today, april 13, 2017 that my brother, TheFakeRealSteve got unbanned.
I don't know how we got banned. And, I am still banned from the server.
Please fix this issue. And by the way, we saw someone from the block party fly hacking.
I forgot his name. Again, please fix this issue. Thank You Very Much!
