I got banned because of « speed hacking »

Hi, i have been playing on this server for quite awhile now and today i randomly got banned for 30 days.
Im 100% sure it was a mistake cuz im not smart enough to hack stuff.
The only texture pack i use is called Java Aspects and idk what it has to do with speed hacking.

Hi there, I decided to spectate you in Murder Mystery and I noticed that you were clearly moving faster than other players in the same match. Generally we ban players who engage in cheating permanently. This was the case when I tried to follow you while engaging in similar movement as you can see in this clip I recorded.
I had some background music playing while I was spectating and I didn't feel like cutting that out from the recording.

If i was speed hacking then i would make that jump at 0:28.
Also you can see how laggy im moving around.
There were people who were flying across the map, why didn’t you ban them?

What I was initially suspecting was that you were toggling speed-hacks in Murder Mystery so you can choose when to change your movement speed in-game. This seemed to be the case with the initial run up the staircase along with how you moved across the stone bricks at 11-14 seconds in.

Upon further review with the staff team, It is clear that latency (Especially near the end of the clip) significantly impacted how I assessed the case especially given how most cases I assess have a very limited time-frame for evaluation.
You were the first player I reviewed when I first spectated that match and there were a few others who I ended up banning afterwards with video footage recorded for those users as well.

Given the circumstances of the case as well as how it was assessed, I will unban your account and allow you to keep playing on BrokenLens although I will be sure to keep a closer eye on things going forward.
