i got banned, and i dont know why

so i got banned a while ago, and it was a 30 day ban, it had no explanation or reason i thought it was the invisible block parkour in the murder mystery lobby and someone reported me for fly hacks, i was going to wait it out but now it has been upgraded to a perm ban, if it was something else i didn't realize i just want to know the reasoning and why i was "upgraded" to a perm ban.

Could you check that map? Check if they have invisible blocks or not.

if you dont beleive me i can show you (unless they removed it or changed lobbys for mm) i was fine with a 30 day i even told myself "someones gonna report me" i just want to get back on

so what you do is get on the tree in the left side of map then you have to jump to a piece of stair which it on the wall of the building, then you jump one block ahead facing the tree and to the left, its your first invis block, and i remember how to do it, its just harder to explain cause ive been away form it for a while now but you jump to a leave block (if i remember correctly) jump one block and to the left again facing the opposite side of the castle, jump to a leaf and then there is an invis block (which i was on in the report) you have to make the jump there and if i remember its over a cobble block with a button on it

If you have time, yes please! I think that area should be completely blocked off or the barriers should be removed (from the ceiling) so even if somebody spawns above them nobody gets stuck.. it seems like people keep getting falsely banned, I didn’t even know there was an actual way up there :thinking-face:

When u stand on the leaf there are random barrier blocks you can jump to, but it’s very dodgy.

I have now added even more barriers b/c (it's all coming back to me) when I made that waiting lobby bigger I tried to fix the barrier issue with no success. Long story.... With the new barriers and removal of leaves there is no way to get up there without hacking (that I could find while flying or parkouring)

sorry if i seem rude, buggy, or impatient but it seems like the problem has been resolved, and i had just checked in, and im still banned, my sister (who showed me the parkour) was on the computer and looked to see if there were any changes, and there were new features added to that spot, may i ask if there is any progress on my situation (again so sorry if i seem rude, or impatient, i couldn't find a better word choice atm)
