I got banned again with no reason and it say "mods are not allowed here"

I got banned for no reason, i offline for along month when i comeback to brokenlens server i got banned for permanently, and it say "mods are not allowed here" i don't know though. I think someone that who knows my account she/he using it and use this mod, i swear im not hacking for the second time.

The time that i got banned; 6/7 month ago, i think.
If i do any problem im so sorry can u give me second/third chance i promise i won't doit again
Please unbanned me i want to play new maps, and new games.
