I got banned after i crashed! is it because of the glitch?

While playing murder mystery, There was a glitch there the glitch was the perk "lights out" While spectating the game the murder used "lights out", I left but this blindness was not removed. While playing another game another murder rolled lights out, after the time ends my blindness is gone but after a minute I crashed (this usually happens after playing it longer) when I come back join the same server, I got banned for 30 days. I do not know the reason why am I banned. Is it because of the glitch that happened to me ,or it was a mistaken ,or there must be a reason why am I banned after playing murder mystery.
