I got ban permanent,but im not using cheat :,(

why is my account permanently banned :(, I really don't use cheats, why do you believe in that slander:'( please remove my ban:'( I've resigned myself to the accusation, I've been waiting for 1 month. Please remove my ban: '(

i know, but you can make a conversasion with staffs when you were false ban. ^^

if you get banned for 30 days even though you really don't use cheats, then you just give up like that?(sorry for replying to your comments several times)
