I found a way how to use a yellow color text in the server without a Rank.

If you type "@here" it will become yellow.

Umm, it was not a Bug. But please remove the yellow color text on it.

They removed formatting codes (§e, §o, etc) in the chat. Those are part of Minecraft. Not sure about @here though.
