I forgot my password, please help me !!!

I recently changed my cell phone and ended up forgetting my account password. I hear you need evidence to reset your password but I don't have much.
The print below was when I was classified in the hide and seeker, my username is "Autumnnv". I had taken this print the day before Christmas Eve last year and at the time my level was lower compared to today.
I wonder if you can help me with that

Hmm.. we could ask the owner (Vertx) to check if your ips are connected, then we’d be able to reset your password but it could take quite sometime so you’d need to be patient.
