I forgot my password from years ago

I used to play broken lens on mobile bedrock edition under the username "TheWilburDog" and this is also my Java account name. It was a long time ago and I don't remember my password to get back in. I don't want to change my Java account name in order to play, so is it possible to get my account back? I am unable to provide screenshots of me logged in the account as I no longer have bedrock edition on my mobile device

not really, so i will give a total guess based on memory. i think i was around level 25, was in TheFlareCrew, and that is all i can recall as it was a long time ago

im gonna try to recall more info. i think i made it near the end of 2018 or early 2019, i do not have anything screenshotted as i only had minecraft PE on my old device which no longer works.
if you need me to try to recall any more info i will try my best
