I don't know why I was banned

Dear Broken Lens I was banned while playing Team Skywars on Aug. 1st at about 9:30 pm and I don't know why I was banned. My game kept glitching me. I would fall to my island and then respawn in the glass spawn cage. This happened several times then I was kicked and it said "Flying is not allowed on this server" it then proceeded to tell me I am banned for 5days. If you could unban me or tell me why I was banned I would appreciate it. I really like the broken lens games and would like to continue playing them.
