I'm not sure if that is an offense because it is techniclally offensive? So I'm posting this in off topic for the staff to see if it is an offense to the rules and if they need to be punished or not. As I didn't see a section where this was suitable I put it in off-topic, please don't take this hard on me :(.

I don't think that is offensive to be honest. Just ignore it. Much worse is said. Usually you would post it in hack reports.

i don't know if this is the case but i play with my sister on bl sometimes and i tell her to shutup like that just to see what other people say in chat my sister is laughing when i do it....

Fair enough but sometimes I think it can get too politically correct here. I mean I say shut up iwhen someone calls someone else a noob because I feel it is wrong.
