the challenge for today is...
10-minutes diamond hunting!
PS: this challenge can be for 1-5 players!

WELL, this is easy!
1.set your timer to 10 minutes
2. countdown and start to timing from 10 minutes!
3. YOU NEED TO FIND DIAMONDS in 10 minutes!
always start with chopping wood! NO STARTER KITS!
(maybe you can /give @p steak 64

Difficulty: easy, normal, or hard!
if you are on difficulty peaceful, set your time to 12 minutes!

I know i'm a little late but you never said anything about...
Step 1:
Find a map that has wood, stone (or cobblestone), some iron and diamond ore. (Not offending the 'No Kit' rule) and (you did FIND diamond ore ^^)
Step 2:
Craft the correct pickaxes and smelt the iron in the process.
Step 3:
Mine the diamonds! (I know, i'm so cheeky.)
Also you didn't say anything about X-ray packs LOL
...but I know in your mind that's against your rules isn't it?
