First, you're missing Blue's point. He's saying that you changed your story; at least one of those is a lie. You can't have 80 subs AND have 100 subs .-.
Also, any person with less than 100 subs isn't meant to have a YT rank at all. If they do, it's a mistake, and it will be removed once the staff know.

Staff can reset you warning points. To be able to claim your YT rank or in simple they can set it for you but you really need a proof.

Sorry i think you can't claim your YT rank. You need to earn more subscribers and you should have at least 1 BrokenLens video.
