I can't get my YouTuber Rank! HELP ME ( Or else I will die lol)

He there . I just hit 100 subs and I was very happy. When I was just wondering on YT I saw a guy with a YT rank. That made me tought that he had a yt rank with 189 subs. So j tought if applying. Btw it's not working. So if u don't mind I seen some help. Plz help.
