I'm tagging some staffs,they will respond,just wait. While waiting for staffs to respond,what version of MCPE are you using? Because in the screenshot,it says you need to update or downgrade your MCPE to version 1.0.5,1.0.6,1.0.7 or 1.0.8 to be able to access to join the server.
