I can't connect

I can't connect to the server- whenever I try I get a message that says "disconnected from server". I'm not sure why. I got on a few mins ago, but when I returned to the lobby from TntTag, it crashed and I have tried to get on five or so times since and have gotten the same message. I don't know what to do, could someone help me?

It might be either because of WiFi issues or Connection issues because whenever u can't connect or ther is an issue with connecting to the server, that message pops up :/
