How many subscribers do you have? You need 1000+ subs to claim it. Do you have brokenlens content on your account? If not you can't claim your rank. And, how many warnings do you have in the server? I know If you have over a certain amount of warnings (I believe over 3-5) it affects your ability of claiming your rank. You can speak with a moderator or admin to get them removed.
