I cant claim my yt rank..

I typed my username + my email of my yt channel and it showed as 51 subs i dont know why i get that kind of subscribers......i got 100+ subs since 5 months and it gave me this 51 thing!, please help i also changed my username as Proxzy in my yt name like 1 month ago and it didnt allow me to claim it. Please reply to me and tell me how to fix.

YT Channel: Proxzy
Old YT Channel: MrLenient ( Type this on youtube and it will show as Proxzy the name.
