To claim the YT rank, you need proof that you own the channel, at least 1 video with Broken Lens content, and at least 100 subscribers. Do you have any BL content?

No. The YT rank doesn’t have any special perks like the gold/diamond/emerald ranks

I don't think the picture you shown is your YT channel because it has a subscribe button and I don't think you can subscribe to yourself...
Just pointing that out there and if you really want to YT tag, you HAVE to show proof you own your channel and you have to fulfill the other requirements like what Firefox said.

Well,this is not your channel.
The channel must be yours and you have to prove it. Also, like Firefox said, you need to have 100+ subscribers and brokenlens contect (At least one Brokenlens video).
