I cannot claim a yt rank but i have enough subs to get a yt rank pls give me yt rank when i try get all is right but i shows error...... Then pls i need a yt rank.

You could get the YT rank by having 100 subscribers (which you say you have enough) and at least 1 BrokenLens video. After having that on your channel, you must show proof here you own your channel (a screenshot of your channel should do)
