I cant change my skin

no matter what I do I just can't seem to change my skin on this server...

I'm not sure if I'm just dumb... but could someone give me some Help?

I think you have to log off the server and change your skin- bc as far as I know you can't change skin on a server d:

That probably you minecraft is glitched, try reinstalling it.
