As you see I Wanted to Apply for youtuber rank but is dont letting me now and i got my 100Subs And i want to get my YT Rank but again is not letting me help

To get the YouTube rank you must:
1: Have 100 subscribers
2: Have brokenlens content on your channel (at least one brokenlens video)
3: Provide a screenshot of you logged into your channel as proof you own it.
Be warned the YouTube rank doesn't provide any new features except the prefix YT
